| 摘 要： | 为加强对东北地区的管理,尤其是明朝中后期随着辽东局势的紧张,为了保证辽东军需品的供应,明政府加强了对环渤海地区的控制。政府行为和地理环境决定了环渤海地区经济具有军事服务性、渔盐业发达、区域贸易发达等特征,从而说明经济的发展必须考虑各地的实际情况。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the management of the northeast China,and to ensure a stable supply for the army,especially when the situation becomes tense in Liaodong peninsular in mid and late Ming Dynasty,Ming government exercises a firmer control over the Peripheral Zone of Bohai Sea.Governmental conduct and its geographical settings determine the economic characteristics of the area,such as military orientation,advanced fishing and salt industry,and prosperous regional trade.It is clear that economic development must take into account the practical situations of the area concerned. |
