| Abstract: | This article reveals that the innovation of breaststroke has a furthest effect on developing and innovating of breaststroke technique through the historical review and analyses development of breaststroke technique and the change of swimming competitive rules. In a word,the significant reform of swimming competitive rules every time is firmly related with development of breaststroke technique. |
