| 摘 要： | 在实现产业结构调整和转变经济发展方式过程中,区域产业发展平台是一项重要工具。借鉴平台理论的思想,分析政府促进区域产业发展的具体模式,认为政府建立的各种产业园区是一个平台主体,提供通用服务吸引各类经济主体入驻,促使它们之间外部性的实现,并对外部性进行内部化;将政府由一个制定政策的外生变量,转变为需要专注核心能力培育和知识创新的内生变量,以实现政府与产业的共同发展;最后通过苏州工业园区进行案例说明。
