| 摘 要： | 针对体育教学改革不断深化的现状，阐述了研制体育教学CAI计算机辅助教学课件设计的基本原理、课件的类型、课件设计的方法和内容，指出体育CAI课件的引入将对体育教学手段的现代化、科学化起到极大地推动作用。

This article reasons of the incorect movements and offered some methods to prevent and correct the in correct movements. |
