| 摘 要： | 原代培养过程中常见污染主要是微生物污染，针对污染的来源、检测、清除以及预防四个方面综述了常见微生物对原代培养细胞的污染及处理方法．旨在为细胞培养工作者在原代培养中能尽可能减少污染的发生、及时发现和处理污染的细胞、减少污染造成的损失，为细胞系的保种传代提供相关资料。 |

| Abstract: | During the primary culture, the common contamination is from the microorganism. The article gave overview and information related to the source, detection, remove and prevention of the common microorganism contamination in the primary culture. The aim was to provide relevant information to reduce the occurrence of contamination as much as possible and timely discovery to treat contaminative cells in the process of primary culture, and reduced the losseed by contamination to a minimum extent so that it would be beneficial to the passage of cell lines. |
