| 摘 要： | “摆手舞”是土家族群众所喜爱的传统体育舞蹈,而且是土家族的优秀文化之一。作为土家特色极为典型的摆手舞,究其舞蹈形式与内涵,不论是“男女相携”连臂而舞的壮观场景所反映出的原始部落舞、民族舞的遗习,还是古拙质朴的动作所显现的原始“拟兽舞”的遗韵,充分展示出出土家族的本体力量,最终反映的是人类祖先普遍关心的生存与繁衍的两大课题。摆手歌充分凸现了土家族文化的人性意识;摆手舞基本的动作“同边手”是土家族群众以娱神到娱人为目的;摆手舞所展现的“群舞”则是人本质力量的展示郾摆手舞在少数民族地区有着重要的健身价值。

| Abstract: | "Hand-shaking Dance"- one of the rounded cultures of the Tu nationality- is a popular traditional physical dance. According to the forms and the meanings- both the primitive tribe and the folk dance's remnant customs- which were reflected by the magnificent occasion that " men and women dance hand-in-hand"- and the old rhythms- which were shown by the simple and unsophisticated "wild animals like dance"- hand-shaking Dance- as the typical character of the Tu- sets out the noumenal power of the Tu nationality- reflects two universal problems of survive and multiply which were concerned by our ancestors. Hand-shaking songs reveal the Tu's consciousness of human nature; the hand and leg of the same side move together at the same time is the basic motion of hand-shaking dance- which is to amuse the people and the god; the"group dance"of hand-shaking dance shows the essential strength of human. Hand-shaking dance means great value in improving the health in the minority areas. |
