| 摘 要： | 西晋王朝重用宗室 ,宗室或者任职中央 ,或者出镇方面 ,深刻地影响了当时政治局势的发展。宗室成员虽然也要根据九品官人法出仕 ,即需中正品第 ,获得一定乡品后方才取得入仕资格 ,但他们主要通过吏部铨选直接入仕 ,入仕年龄相对较低 ,起家官品相对较高 ,起家官多为清显之官。宗室仕进制度这种特点的形成与西晋王朝大力任用宗室及当时的政权结构、政治发展特点是密切相关的。西晋大封宗室诸王、允许推恩分封及选官制度中“二品系资”制度的制定客观上保证了宗室成员在仕进上享有特权 ,使得更多的宗室成员更易转变为国家官员 ,成为维持王朝统治的重要政治力量

| Abstract: | The West Jin Dynasty always put imperial clansmen in very important positions. Imperial clansmen held posts in the central government and were also appointed as governors in some local regions of military importance. This had an important effect on the political system at that time. Like the other candidates, the royal clansmen had to acquire qualifications assessed by zhong zheng s, the officials of qualification assessment, and had to be selected under the jiu pin zhong zheng system, but they could easily be appointed as high officials directly by the Personnel Ministry at very low age. The characteristics of the clansmen official selection system were strongly tied to the construct of the regime and the development of politics. The West Jin Dynasty gave imperial clansmen high ranks and permitted the ranks to be passed onto their offspring in lower grades. The West Jin Dynasty instituted the er pin xi zi system, which ensured imperial clansmen would have privilege in holding positions and opportunities to become officials easily. This system was important in maintaining stability of West Jin. |
