| 摘 要： | 民族传统饮食文化是重要的旅游资源。本文论述了广西崇左壮族的传统餐饮活动及其饮食文化特色:合理的膳食结构、浓郁的人文关怀和厚重的祭祖传统。提出了崇左开发民族传统饮食文化旅游的设想和应该注意的主要问题。

| Abstract: | The traditional food culture of Chinese nationalities is an important tourism resource.This paper discusses the traditional dietary activities and its cultural features of Zhuang nationality in Chongzuo city of Guangxi province,such as rational prandial structure,full-bodied humanism and the tradition of ancestor worship.This article also proposes the suggestions of planning of its traditional food culture and the primary problems that should be paid attention to. |
