| 摘 要： | 教师的隐性知识在教师的知识结构中占有重要地位,同时也是一种难以共享和传播的知识,是教师进行知识管理的难点。本文通过分析教师隐性知识的特点,探讨了利用社会性软件通过交流、协作、在做中学的方式进行隐性知识管理的途径和方法。
