| 摘 要： | 文章在概念隐喻理论指导下系统探讨汉英法律名言中的“法律”概念隐喻。研究发现．汉英两种语言都有着共同的“法律”概念隐喻映射．汉英“法律”概念隐喻的生成机制是相同的．即都包括拟物化隐喻、拟人化隐喻、拟动物化隐喻、方位隐喻等。每组概念隐喻在喻体、喻义以及民族法律文化内涵方面都存在相同性或相似性以及差异。

| Abstract: | This article systematically probes into the conceptual metaphors of ＂law＂ in legal sayings of Chinese and English from conceptual metaphorical theory. The result indicates that the two languages have the common mappings in the conceptual metaphors of law, and show the same generative mechanism be- tween them, that is, hypostatization, personification, animalization, Orientational metaphor, etc. Each group of conceptual metaphors reflects the commonalities or similarities and differences in vehicles, meta- phorical meanings, and legal Cultural Connotations of the two nations. |
