| 摘 要： | 快乐管理是让员工感到快乐的管理方式,其本质是让员工从工作中感到幸福。在阐述快乐管理概念的基础上,提出快乐管理模式在图书馆管理工作中应用措施,从而培育与维持馆员积极心理,帮助馆员获得工作幸福感,促进图书馆服务水平的提高。
