| 摘 要： | 腐败型犯罪是区别于职务犯罪的另一类由特殊主体构成的犯罪类型,二者的主要不得区别在于犯罪的主观方面,即腐败型犯罪主观上只能由直接故意构成,有明确的徇私牟利的犯罪目的。文章论述了腐败型犯罪的特征、根源及对策,有利于更好地研究腐败型犯罪,打击腐败行为。
