我国竞技体育后备人才目标市场的研究

摘    要:运用人才学、市场学、运动训练学、经济学等交叉学科的理论,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养的具体实践进行研究。结果表明,我国竞技体育后备人才市场还远远没有满足青少年运动员及家庭的需求。通过理论分析和调查研究,认为我国竞技体育后备人才的市场定位,首先是满足人们的健康需求;二是满足家庭(个人)的升学需求;三是满足择业需求。对市场认同率较高的项目,后备人才的培养可以率先进入市场运作。其他项目短期内未必急于进入市场运作。

Abstract:Through using the theory of talents,marketing,athletic training and economics,this paper makes study on training practice of sport reserve talent cultivation in China.The result shows that the market of sport reserve talents has far from the demand of junior athletes and their family.Through theoretical analysis and investigation,the author thinks that the market orientation of our sport reserve talents should meet the demand of people's health firstly,and then family and individual enrolment,thirdly occupation selection.For the events with higher market recognition,the cultivation of sport reserve talent can take the lead in market operation.For other events,it is not necessary to enter the market during the short-term period.
