论人性及其教育的价值导向

摘    要:人性远非善恶所能包容。人性是具体的,具体的人性是活生生的个人在其特定的社会时空和社会关系中满足和实现需要的行为表现,人在满足需要的行为中表现其人性。教育应以需要的视野看待儿童的人性,尊重儿童的需要和选择,其价值在于引导学生构建个人需要和社会需要相结合的丰富多彩的人性世界。

Abstract:Human nature is far from good or evil. Concrete human nature means the living individuals manage to meet and realize their needs in the specific social time and space and social relationships. Human nature is embodied in the performance of meeting one's needs. We should view children's nature from the perspective of their needs, respect what they want and what they choose. The value of education lies in leading students to construct a colorful world which combines individual needs and social needs.
