| Abstract: | To improve the ability and quality of Qinghai provincial higher learning institutions in training financial personals,first,we have to base it upon the province and fully exploit the potentialities of the available education resources and renew the concept of personal training starting from practice;second,we have to structure a scale of financial personals training fixed to the development of the provincial finance;and third,we have to enhance the construction of financial courses and teachers team,and also academic research. |
