| 摘 要： | 本文在考察我国大学科技园建设的历史和现状的基础上，结合国外特别是斯坦福科技园——硅谷的成功经验，指出我国大学科技园建设中的种种问题，并揭示和分析了出现问题的认识根源，从而试图为我国大学科技园顺利发展，走出认识的误区提供启示。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of the history and present situation of the building of University S & T Park in China, combining with the foreign successful experience, especially Stanford University S & T Park-silicon valley, the problems in the building of University S & T Park in China are pointed out in this paper. The cognition cause of the problems are revealed and analyzed, which help guarantee the prosperous development of University S & T Park in China and overcome the cognition mistake. |
