| 摘 要： | 北宋绍圣时期，朝廷恢复但未完全照搬熙丰时期的免役法。在具体执行免役法的过程中，仍保留了北宋熙丰、元祜时期的一些好的做法。因此，对北宋绍圣役法，我们应该作一客观的评价。

| Abstract: | During Shaosheng period(from 1094 to 1098AD) of North Song Dynasty,the imperial court restored but not copied blindly the labor decree of Xifeng period.In the course of implementation,the imperial court kept some reasonable practice of labor decree which was applied during Xifeng and Yuanyou period.We should have a objective evaluation of Shaosheng Labor Decree. |
