航道关键段动态通航饱和度模型及其应用

摘    要:为对通航环境日趋复杂的航道通过能力和饱和度进行评价,根据船舶交通工程学原理,在原有航道通过能力模型和航道饱和度模型的基础上,引入船舶夜航率和不均匀因数,建立航道动态通航饱和度模型.选取长江江苏段航道关键段船舶交通流量观测数据,进行航道动态饱和度分析.分析表明,该模型可以得到更加接近实际情况的结果。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the transit capacity and saturation of the waterway which becomes more and more complicated, according to the theory in vessel traffic engineering, the ship night navigation rate and uneven factor are introduced to establish a dynamic traffic saturation model based on the former waterway transit capacity model and waterway saturation model. The vessel traffic observation data of the key segment of the Yangtze River Jiangsu section is selected to analyze the dynamic saturation of waterway. The analysis indicates that this model can obtain the result which is closer to the real condition.
