| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是一项系统工程,必须处理好一些重大关系。当前,构建社会主义和谐社会须着重处理好效率与公平的关系,新农村建设与城镇化战略的关系,人与自然和谐发展的关系,改革、发展与稳定的关系,对外开放与自主创新的关系,建设和谐社会与和谐世界的关系。

| Abstract: | It is a system engineering to form socialist harmonious society, if do it , some relationships must be dealt well. Currently, there are the relationships between efficieney and justice, construction of new country and stratagy of town, harmonious development of human and of nature, reformation and development and stabilization, external open and independent innovation, construction of harmonious society and of harmonious world. |
