优秀举重运动员减体重战术的研究

摘    要:对数名优秀举重运动员的体重情况和减体重战术进行研究 ,得出以下结论 :在特定条件下减体重参加低一个级别比赛有利于取得佳绩 ,但减体重不宜超过体重的 8% ,次数不宜过频 ;减体重少则成绩下降幅度小 ,减体重多则成绩下降幅度大。减体重必须知己知彼 ,恰到好处地控制在特定范围 ,否则得不偿失。采用科学的减体重方法和营养补充 ,可以减轻因降体重导致成绩下降的不利影响。

Abstract:After researching on 5680 excellent lifters reducing bodyweight competition results and getting following conclusions: it has more advantage for lifters reducing body weight to enter the lighter category for good result. but it is not permitted for lifters losing bodyweight over 8% of whole bodyweight. It is not good for lifters to loss bodyweight over 3-4 times in one year. the less reducing bodyweight is , the less the lifter losing total result is; the more reducing body weight is, the more the lifter losing total result is. During the period before competition, coaches and lifters must get enough information of their competitors, then according to the situation decided reducing bodyweight range, otherwise the lifter will lose in competition. If using scientific methods to reduce lifters bodyweight and supplement nutrition, the lifters losing total result is limited.
