| 摘 要： | 传统风险管理的前提是风险因素的可识别性和随机性。然而，全球化的扩张过程中，企业遭受到来自多方面的风险威胁，其中一些是不可预知的，同时又具有极大的破坏性，由此引出对当前出现的新型威胁的认识。通过将其与传统的风险因素进行特征比较，联系到由此类威胁导致的一些典型案例，提出应将风险管理提高到企业战略的高度来加以分析和设计。

| Abstract: | The precondition of traditional risk management is its recognizable and probabilistic. However, in the process of expanding globally, companies suffer the threats from various aspects, many of which are unpredictable and enormously devastating at one time, Arising from the knowledge above, a discussion between the traditional risk factors and the new threats is put forward. Meanwhile, analyzing some relative typical cases aroused from these threats , an idea on enhancing the risk management approach from the generic policy to strategy. |
