| 摘 要： | ＂三支一扶＂计划很好地发挥了引导高校毕业生面向基层就业的示范作用,有效缓解了当前高校毕业生的就业压力。但在积极推进的同时,也面临着诸多亟待解决的问题和困难。理性分析当前就业困境下＂三支一扶＂计划大学生个体障碍因素,不但能为全面提升大学生主体面向基层就业的主动性和竞争力提供有益借鉴,而且将有利于＂三支一扶＂计划的顺利开展和整体推进。高校毕业生应正确认识当前的就业形势,走出就业观念＂误区＂,树立全新学习理念,锤炼扎根基层作风,全面提升面向基层就业的主动性和竞争力,唱响基层就业创业主旋律。

| Abstract: | ＂Three Supports and One Assistance＂ Program has set a good example for college graduates to get employment in rural areas.However,in the implementation of this program,the individual barriers of college graduates prove to be great hindrance.An adequate analysis of all those individual barriers will boost the program and also help college graduates clearly see the current employment situation in China. |
