| Abstract: | In view of existing situation of lack of original innovation of China's scientific research,it analyzes the radical causes from the four aspests: The scientific research strategy,scientific research system,scientific research institution and scientific personnel with domestic scientific innovation practice,it puts forward some strategy measures and suggestion for promoting the ability of original innovation of China's scientific research in strategic level. |
