| 摘 要： | 完善公积金管理系统，对于增强公积金的安全性，提高管理效率，保障公积金所有者的利益具有重要作用。针对集团公司早期管理系统的局限性，从完善规范公积金管理的需求出发，阐明重构“公积金管理系统”的必要性，并从软硬件等方面进行分析谋划、运作完善，从而有效实现系统的更新升级，实现对历史数据的兼容，实现对公积金的集中化、动态化管理，达到账户、财务和监督一体化的目的。

| Abstract: | Perfecting the management system of accumulation fund is important to enhance the security of accumulation fund, to improve the management efficiency and to ensure the benefit of its owners. Aiming at the localization of the early management system of our group, and from the need of perfecting the management of the accumulation fund, the paper focuses on stating the necessity of reconstructing the management system of accumulation fund, and then analyze the system, and put it into practice, therefore the system can be effectively upgraded. As a result, the system can support the historical datum, realize centralize and dynamic management, and reach the aim of integrating the account, financial affairs, supervision together. |
