| Abstract: | The paper aims to propose a whole dynamic education practice model for Chinese normal education by analyzing British-American models considering the current situation in China. It is also claims that the content and form of the practice should be extended with a cooperation-oriented managing pattern to meet the demand of the development of the modern teaching education. |
