| 摘 要： | 高等学校人事档案管理中存在分散管理、内容陈旧、单一以及管理思想保守和管理手段落后等问题。因此应改进高校人事档案管理工作的思路，建立档案材料报送制度，注意电子型档案的收集，充分利用计算机，提高对高校人事档案的管理及开发利用水平。
