| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育在教学上强化以“学生为本”的教育理念,倡导创新精神,一切为了学生,一切从学生需要出发。本文从实际出发,提出建设丰富多样的媒体资源并充分整合利用、完善自学环境的理念,使处于不同学习环境中的学生通过自主学习有效获取知识。

| Abstract: | The conception of "Based on Students" should be strengthened in the teaching work of Long-Distance and Open Education. The innovative spirit, as well as the idea of "All for students and all for their needs", should be encouraged. This essay is in practical way to put forward a concept of opening up a rich and various resources, which should be blended to be used sufficiently , to improve th environment of selfstudy. Therefore, the students in different environment are able to study and obtain knowledge effectively and independently through self-study. |
