| 摘 要： | 饭店要在竞争中求得生存和发展，就必须创建绿色客房，倡导绿色消费，推行绿色管理。本文分析了饭店客房实施绿色管理对饭店发展的重要性，阐述了饭店客房实施绿色管理时应遵循的原则，提出了饭店客房实施绿色管理应采取的主要措施。
