| 摘 要： | 由于流传年代久远、辗转抄写等多种原因，《史记》在流传过程中难免会出现一些前后矛盾的舛误。本文通过对照《十二诸侯年表》及《六国年表》阅渎《秦本纪》，共找出前后矛盾的地方20处，并以《史记》别处记载和相关专著进行校勘。

| Abstract: | For descending from ancient times, several transcribed versions and other reasons, Historical Records inevitably has many discrepancies. By reading History of Qin Dynasty relying on Chronology of twelve Feudal Lords and Chronology of Six Kingdoms, the paper found out twenty eontradietofies between them and put forward their collation. |
