| 摘 要： | 为了迎接知识的挑战，我国高等教育不仅培养高级专业人才，而且更应该培养有专业知识、有化的高层次的劳动，知识经济需要素质教育，社会发展需要素质教育，高等教育的素质教育应从理论、实践、方法上不断探索和研究。
