| 摘 要： | 教师威信是教师进行教育教学工作的前提和基础，一般而言，教师的威信越高，其教育效果就越好，同时也有钳制学生思维、导致学生行为怪异、发生教师威信的“马太效应”，使学生自信萎缩、自卑生成等消极影响。所以应把握、利用其积极影响，控制、消除其消极影响。
