摘    要:教师威信是教师进行教育教学工作的前提和基础,一般而言,教师的威信越高,其教育效果就越好,同时也有钳制学生思维、导致学生行为怪异、发生教师威信的“马太效应”,使学生自信萎缩、自卑生成等消极影响。所以应把握、利用其积极影响,控制、消除其消极影响。

Abstract:Teacher prestige are the prerequisite and foundation of the teaching work,in general,the teachers prestige is the higher,the education effect is the better,but at the same time,the happening of the "Matthew domino effect" of the teachers prestige can clamp down on the student's thinking,led to strange behavior of students,and make the students generate a negative impact of the confidence shrinking and the self-esteem lowing,etc.So it needs to hold their positive impact to control and eliminate the negative ...
