| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化建设的新阶段，我国广大知识分子特别是人文社科领域的知识分子扮演着先进思想传播的重要角色。他们在推进我国现阶段的政治文明建设和精神文明建设、在推动社会的全面进步的过程中，具有十分重要的作用。发挥好他们的先进思想传播作用，是推动新阶段中国社会全面发展的迫切需要。
