摘    要:新时代实现教育现代化,短板在乡村,根本在教师,关键在教师获得感的生成。乡村教师获得感是指乡村教师在获得与自身存在与发展有关的物质资料与发展要素的基础上产生的积极的主观体验,体现出绝对性与相对性、客观性与主观性、既得性与发展性、事实性与价值性相统一的特征。基于马斯洛需要层次理论和马克思人学思想,结合乡村教师存在与发展实际分析,新时代乡村教师获得感主要包括物质获得感、专业获得感、公平获得感、成就获得感和精神获得感。获得感是对乡村教师存在感的确证,是对乡村教师责任感的强化,并为乡村教师幸福感生成奠基。

Abstract:Realizing the modernization of education in a new era lies in rural areas,in rural teachers,and most importantly,in cultivating their sense of gain.Rural teachers sense of gain refers to the positive subjective experience when rural teachers have needed resources for survival and development,which embodies the unity of absoluteness and relativity,objectivity and subjectivity,acquirement and development,fact and value.This paper,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Marxist humanism,analyzes rural teachers current living standards and personal development,summarizes key elements of rural teachers sense of gain in this new era:sense of abundance,sense of professional identity,sense of justice,sense of achievement and sense of spiritual blessings.It is fair to conclude that rural teachers sense of gain defines their sense of existence,strengthens their sense of responsibility,and lays the foundation for their sense of happiness.
