| 摘 要： | 国家实施“双一流”指引高校发展方向,国际化水平也是“双一流”考核的一个重要指标。加强对外合作是高校提升综合实力的一种有效途径,建立国际校区、国际联合实验室是高校提升国际化水平的新途径。本文试图通过对指导思想、必要性、建设目标、组织框架、建设策略、运行机制的规划研究,以期为高校建设国际联合实验室论证提供参考。
