摘 要: | 以后现代主义教育观为理论基础,针对目前开放教育“管理学基础”课程教学现状及存在的问题,结合开放教育学生学习需求多样化、生源差异化明显、工学矛盾较突出等特点,构建了一根主线、两个基础、三大课堂、四种能力的课程“1234”教学体系,详细阐述了“三大课堂”联动的课程教学模式内涵与措施。

Abstract: | Based on the theory of post-modernism education,aiming at the current teaching situation and existing problems of the open education course"Fundamentals of Management",com-bined with the characteristics of diversified learning needs,obvi-ous differences in students'sources,and prominent contradictions in engineering and learning,a"1234"course teaching system with one main line,two foundations,three classes and four abili-ties is constructed,and the teaching system is elaborated in detail including the connotation and measures of the course teaching mode of"three classes"linkage. |
