摘    要:篮球运动中,身体对抗不可避免。在比赛中,运动员要在激烈的身体对抗中完成技战术动作,可以说,在强对抗下保持动作的稳定性是训练的重点。从战术执行层面来说,优秀的体能素质是完成执行战术的前提条件。目前国内外对于篮球运动员的体能训练展开了一定的探索和研究,其中核心力量的训练是研究热点。核心力量通过锻炼躯干部位及骨盆的大肌群和小肌群来控制身体在运动中的稳定性,从而使运动员更好的发力,以增强跳投的稳定性,核心力量的训练还能起到保护运动员、降低受伤概率的作用。

Abstract:Physical confrontation is inevitable in basketball. In the competition,the athlete must complete the technical and tactical movement in the intense physical confrontation. So maintains the movement stability under the strong confrontation is the training key point. From the level of tactical execution,excellent physical quality is the prerequisite for the completion of the implementation of tactics. At present,the physical training of basketball players has been explored and studied at home and abroad. Core strength controls the stability of the body in sports by exercising the large muscle group and small muscle group of the trunk and pelvis,so as to make athletes exert more power and enhance the stability of jump shot. The training of core strength can also play a role in protecting athletes and reducing the probability of injury.
