| 摘 要： | 本实验研究治疣净对十二指肠、直肠、肛门及阴道粘膜的刺激作用、防护及组织学改变。实验结果表明，治疣净对粘膜刺激作用表现为上皮脱落、组织水肿、坏死、血管充血及炎性反应。凡士林、植物油、氯氟舒松软膏对治疣净的损伤均有防护作用，以凡士林最佳，植物油次之，氯氟舒松软膏最差。

| Abstract: | The stimulative effect and histological changes of Zhi-You-Jing on the mucosa of duodenum ,rectum,anusand vagina were studied.The results show that the stimulative effect of Zhi-You-Jing on mucosa appears asloss of epithelium ,edema of tissue,necrosis,congestion and inflammatory reaction.But all the vaseline,veg-etable oil and cream halcinonide could protect against the injury of Zhi-You-Jing.Among them vaseline is thebest,and vegetable oil is better than halcinonide cream. |
