| 摘 要： | 民营经济已成为国民经济中促进生产力发展的重要力量。分析聊城市民营经济发展现状，存在总体素质较低，增长方式粗放，结构不合理等问题。应营造大力发展民营经济氖围，全面优化民营经济发展环境，创新民营经济体制，推进民营经济技术创新。

| Abstract: | Nongovernment economy has become the important strength promoting development of the productive forces in national economy. The article pointed out the existence primal problem on the basis of analysing the current situation of nongovernment economy in Liao Cbeng City, and proposed the development countermeasure of nongovernment economy in Liao Cheng City. The article has certain drawing lessons to the place significance. |
