摘    要:笔者从文献信息资源优势、信息技术条件优势、人力资源优势、服务育人优势论述高校图书馆开展创新教育与创造性人才培养的可行性,通过培养大学生的创新意识、创新能力,优化知识结构等途径,从而达到创造性人才培养的目的。

Abstract:There are many special advantages for high school library, such as information sources, information technology, resources of person and service for education. These advantages Provide a basic conditions for educational innovation and students training in high school library. Through education in high school library, the awareness of innovation and the ability for all students may be improved significantly. At the same time , the structure of knowledge for students may also be optimized. By these ways, the goal of training students with ability may be realized.
