| 摘 要： | 目前中国的金融体制仍然是中央高度集权的单一行政市场体制，这种体制不利于各地方的经济增长。因此，要积极推进金融体制的改革，大力发展资本市场，建立多层次的资本市场体系，提高直接融资的比例，创造和培育良好的投资环境，充分发挥资本市场在促进资本的形成、优化资源配置、推动经济结构调整、完善公司治理等方面的作用。

| Abstract: | The present financial system in China is still the single administrative market system operated by highly centralized power of the central government, which is unfavorable for the local economic growth. Therefore, Chinese government should try its best to implement actively the financial system reform, devote major efforts to developing capital market, build multi level capital market system, increase the ratio of direct finance, create and foster good investment environment. The government should also give full play to capital market in motivating capital formation, optimizing distribution of resources, propelling the adjustment of economic structure and perfecting the governance of corporations. |
