| 摘 要： | 文章从技术产权交易的角度寻找技术创新的原动力。与此同时,把与技术产权交易相关的规范放人规范有效性模型中进行检验,以期进一步展现规范化与创新之螺旋上升良性循环互动关系,并且,产权交易是推动这一循环的根本动力。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of property right trade,the paper search for the original power of technology innovation.And mean- while,we make a model and put the usefulness of present technology property right norms to the test,in order to show the relation be- tween normalization and innovation,that is,the relation is helix,ascent,and benign circulative interaction,and property right trade is the primary power of this circulation. |
