| Abstract: | The curriculum reforms of the basic education is a totally new challenge to teachers. How to change the teachers' role in the process of the curriculum reforms, when we face it . This article aims to discuss the teachers' role and sum up its contents. Teachers will be constitutors, explorers, guilds, participants and researchers of the new curriculum to propel the quality education and train talents of new century. |
