| 摘 要： | 学界一般认为孔子是第一位打破学在官府、开办私学的人,而我们认为第一位开办私学、打破学在官府的是老子.理由如下:孔子时私学已经比较繁荣,因此他不可能是第一位开办私学的人;老子先为朝廷教官,后在民间教学,具备了打破学在官府的条件;<史记>、<汉书>等典籍都有老子在民间收徒讲学的记载.

| Abstract: | The Academe thinks that Confucius is the first man who originated the pay school,while we thinks it is Laozi who originated the pay school first.This essay interpreted from the following three aspects: Firstly,the personal education was flourishing when Confucius was alive,so it's impossible for him to build the pay school first;Secondly,Laozi worked as a teacher in the government then taught in the pay school,which made him have condition to break the complexion that people must study in the public school;Thirdly,there were some points that Laozi taught in the pay school in Records of Historian and the Book of Han dynasty. |
