| Abstract: | The thesis calculates the efficiency score of libraries in the sample and selects peer target libraries for those which are inefficiently run based on the technique of data envelopment analysis and peer influence.The thesis is a tentative study on the topic of how to choose a proper target in the peer libraries. |
