| Abstract: | The paper first looks back upon the related study about inner service quality and then,starting from the influencing factors,constructs multitiered index system for the evaluation of the service quality.Factor analysis method is applied to make quantitative analysis on index system to establish corresponding comprehensive evaluation mode. |
