摘    要:高校教师是高等学校发展的主体,高校之间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争,高水平师资的竞争。为此,对高校教师进行积极、有效的激励就显得尤为重要,从建立高校教师激励机制的必要性入手,着眼于如何建立完善的高校教师的激励机制。

Abstract:College and university teachers are the main body in the development of institutions of higher learning.As a matter of fact,the competition between colleges or universities lies in the competition for qualified personnel and teachers who have got higher academic achievements and who are qualified to teach.Therefore,it is very important for colleges and universities to actively and effectively encourage their teaching staff.This paper makes a study of the necessity of establishing encouragement systems for college and university teachers and puts forward how to establish the perfect systems in colleges and universities.
