空调压缩机排气管弯管内流场数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对空调压缩机排气管弯管处流体流场进行了数值模拟。得到了流体流经弯管处的压力分布和速度矢量分布图。由此研究了流体在流经弯管处时速度和压力的变化,找出了造成压力损失的主要原因,流场的变化情况,以及管道中易损坏的部位,为多相流系统的设计提供了合理的依据。

Simulation Analysis of Flow Field in a Bend of Air-conditioner Compressor Discharge Tube

Abstract:The flow field in a bend of air-conditioner compressor discharge tube is numerically analyzed with ANSYS/FLORAN CFD, the figures of pressure and velocity vector distribution are obtained, by means of which the variation of velocity and pressure of fluid flowing through the bend are studied, and the main reason of pressure losses, the variation of flow field, the location of weak part in the bend are found. The above analysis would be able to provide a reasonable foundation for the design of multiphase system.
