| 摘 要： | 随着社会节奏的加快，各种压力的不断增加，越来越多的大学生产生了心理健康危机，这对高校辅导员的工作提出了新的挑战与要求。本文从分析高校大学生常见的心理问题入手，阐述了在大学生心理健康教育中，高校辅导员的优势地位及作用。并在此基础上提出开展大学生心理健康教育工作的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | With the quickening pace of society, all kinds of pres- sure increasing, more and more college students had a mental health crisis, which proposes new challenges and requirements for college counselors＇ work. Starting from the analysis of the common psychological problems of college students, this paper holds that the counselor plays a dominant position in psychologi- cal education, and proposes several measures and approaches for psychological education of college students. |
