| Abstract: | The appearance of lifelong education is inevitable result because of developing times. It has become the idea of educated guide for many countries. In this paper, it mainly elaborates continuity, universality and flexibility of lifelong education, in order to illustrate lifelong education is inevitable outcome in the developing times. |
