| 摘 要： | 高职教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分，但社会对职业教育的认同感仍然不足，这使高职生在职业选择时容易产生内心冲突，产生职业决策困难。分析高职生职业决策的影响因素并提出相应干预对策，有利于引导高职生做出科学的职业决策。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is an important part of China＇s education, but social identity of vocational education is still inadequate, which leads higher vocational students＇ inner conflict in career choices, resulting in the career decision-mak- ing difficulties. Analyzing the factors influencing higher vocation- al students＇ career decision-making and proposing appropriate intervention measures will help guide higher vocational students to make scientific career decisions. |
